Scope

Advances in Natural Sciences: Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing articles on all aspects of nanoscience and nanotechnology, including the fundamental physics, optics, photonics, chemistry, biology and technology of nanometer-scale materials and devices, for applications in quantum computation, smart lighting, energy generation and storage, sensors, health-care, agricultural production, environmental protection.

Article types

Advances in Natural Sciences: Nanoscience and Nanotechnology welcomes submissions of the following article types:
  • Paper - Reports of high-quality original research with conclusions representing a significant advance in the field
  • Topical review - Written by leading researchers in their fields, these articles present the background to and overview of a particular field, and the current state of the art. Topical review articles are normally invited by the Editorial Board
  • Comment - Comment or criticism on work previously published in the journal. These are usually published with an associated Reply.
